Musical Theatre Recording

My daughter's recorded a couple of Theatre songs at home in different styles and different rooms, using sonar 6 studio and put them up on youtube (no video).  She's just turned 15 in June.  Both use a backing track.

The "Think of me" male part is her too, so a little quiet on purpose.

Are there some setup or production tips for improving the large room / Theatre sound effect - or are these ok?

Which of the two rooms was the best to record in, or did we choose the right ones for each style?

Many Thanks for any ideas/feedback.

sounds good.... the reverb makes it sound like it was in a large room.

15 huh?  She has a future in singing.....  it's good to see such talent in ones so young.

    nice.

That's  quite a voice your daughter has.  In this case, the reverb works because if she were on stage at the Met, this would sound natural.  Encourage that girl to sing, sing, sing.

    All the best,
