track color templates

Are there any track color templates that i can import? I am not getting anywhere with changing colors and find myself straining my eyes to see the wave forms. When I look back at Cakewalk Guitar Tracks the colors are so much brighter & easy to see. Thanks.

    You in the wrong forum, Sonar 8 is very easy on the eyes. The darkness of x1 is one of the reasons I did not upgrade.
