Okay - I give up

I hit some button or something yesterday - and now Sonar returns to its point of start everytime I hit the stop navigation button/soacebar during play. Arg.
 
I am looking for the setting that prevents this - anyone?

    Its in your preference menu. Its Stop at time of playback or something like that. CTL -Spacebar stops it at the now time also
