Another Crashing problem.

Well, I recently upgraded to Sonar X1 production suite. Well, not upgraded, I uninstalled my last version of Sonar and installed this one. It worked great for my first 5 exports, but now it crashes on export no matter what I do. I didnt change anything. I didnt add or delete plug ins, or other programs. Sonar just didnt want to work with me today. When I reboot, I can bounce once, and after that, no good. Only VST im using for this particular song is Kontact, 1 audio track, 4 midi. For the first 5 times I mixed down with different projects, I used waves LIM MB in the master effects, it worked fine. I took that out to see if it was the problem. I am now using no plug ins whatsoever, except for the 4 kontact tracks and one audio kontact track. Its still crashing as soon as I want to export, no matter what setting. 16 bit depth, wave files, 32/64 bit engine, fast bounce, real time bounce. Plug ins or no plug ins. Ive deleted all of the old DLL plug in files that I thought might run secretly in sonar. I've also tried freezing the tracks and this doesnt work. Ive changed the driver from ASIO to WDM and rebooted. Ive reinstalled Sonar. Ive stopped using an old template file and made a new one. Ive run out of ideas. My computer is a windows 7 quad core Q9550 @2.83GHz 8GB ram, (3GB usable) I just realized Im running 32 bit system because the last time I installed Sonar, there was no 64bit rewire for sonar or reason. Ill have to redo the entire system as soon as Im done with my project this month. Also, I ran out of room on my C drive, so I installed Komplete and Sonar X1 on my bigger A drive, which runs at 10k rpm. not just the sounds, the programs too. I didnt want to start a new thread, but the search failed me. My soundcard is a RME hammerfall DSP multiface II. Can anyone help? I dont know why this site wont let me break up this up into paragraphs.

I would imagine that this has something to do with running out of space on your C: drive.  There is nothing that is obvious in your setup that should be causing this problem.

Having SONAR installed on other than system HDD could well be the culprit (not sure)???

The paragraph thing is incompatibility with Firefox. The last working FF in this forum is 3 or something like that.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
