I received "Out of Serial Numbers" Message

I bought the X1 Producer upgrade and have installed most of it successfully. Except, the Guitar Rig 4 shows this message, instead of Serial Number: Guitar Rig 4 LE (incl w SONAR X1) Out of serial numbers I cannot register this product because of this omission. I also get this same message for "SONAR X1 Production Suite". What does "Out of Serial Numbers" mean? I sent a customer service form a few days ago, but no answer. Jim

    They will (eventually) email you a serial number. I've had this happen with several products I've purchased from Cakewalk, including (my personal favorite) being issued a serial code for X-Gear that had already been activated. Issuing serial codes in a timely manner is probably Cakewalk's biggest failing. I was ready to stop the transaction at the bank after waiting a week to get my X1 serial code.

    Talk about timing, I just finally dropped the $19 for the MP3 activation only about an hour ago and got the same message.
    Thought to myself that it was strange but maybe the activation doesn't require a serial # so I didn't give it much thought.
    Seems to work fine without one.

    Guess I'll get one later.
