Home grown Spuds, Carrots and Onions with

Droooooooooool, Yum!

About twenty minuets to go.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

    You making a stew?

As a wise Guy once stated from his holy chapala ... none of the hits, none of the time ... prevents you from becoming just another turkey in the middle of all the other turkeys!

Oh no the Becan will be sliced and the veg drained, the stew or soup, as Ms Wookiee calls it, will be Monday or Tuesday.  Hummmmmm

Caffeine makes me alert. Meat generally makes me feel slow. ;) Plus, pork is pretty much as acidic as coffee, from what I read.

You may be right - just yanking your chain ;)

I tend to think that if you read too much, there's nothing left that you can eat. Nothing worth eating anyway.

No worries, I got that. :)

And yes, you'll always find a study somewhere about the alleged averse effects of this and that.
Personally, I take it all w/ a grain of salt and try to listen to my body and the signs that it sends me. I know this engine runs better on cleaner, leaner fuel, w/o too much meat protein, lots of green and usually better opting for white meat. Anyway, I don't like pork and bacon that much to start w/.

I sometimes use soy and tofu along w/ meat, so I get the best of both. But I enjoy it on its own too, just like I still enjoy the occasional burger and fries at Applebees.

Ya, studies have shown that air and water cause cancer.  Better avoid those things...
