Question for the keyboard wizards

I detest using the mouse if at all possible, but I'm almost up to speed now with most of the keyboard commands to speed up my workflow.

There's a couple commands I can't find or don't know if they are implemented. I've been staring myself blind going over the keyboard shortcut help file with no luck.

Selections via keyboard.

For example moving to somewhere in the timeline, then holding down a modifier and selecting forward or backwards with the arrow keys, part of a clip in the track view, or notes in the PRV

Selecting a clip on the current track via keyboard, next clip previous clip?

Moving the now cursor by specific values, for example move by a beat, or 16th using arrow keys and a modifier?

I've only found forward and backwards (Stop rewind and fast forward) but they don't move by specific values so it's impossible to hit the right place.
