Audio clip has its own will when I try to move it. Help.

http://www.dailymotion.co...-has-its-own-will_tech First clip act normally but after stretching it begins to jump to random places if I try to move it. Time format of the clip is M:B:T. Any ideas what's going on?

Snap setting was Snap To 1 Samp. + Audio zero crossings.
I'll check if setting off changes behavior.

Right but if you have magnetic set that can cause odd behavior. When I move anything I have snap off.
