Any way to fold folder tracks in console?

Is there any way to fold tracks that are in a folder when in console view?

I have a couple kontakt drum libraries that uses a ton of midi/audio tracks and I have them setup so I rarely need to mess with them, would be nice to have a way to fold them all away so the console isn't a mess of tracks I rarely touch.

Sonar allows hiding, and archiving of tracks.  Press h on you keyboard to bring up track management

Oh cool, now I can hide all the tracks I don't need and route them to a bus for overall levels.

If you've already got your tracks arranged into folders in Track View, you can selectively hide/display complete folders in Console View.

    Most of the time.

I have a couple of projects in which the behaviour of the 'H' key is flakey to say the least, with tracks not hiding, even though they are de-selected.

I made a different hot key for track manager (M) and bound it to both TV and CV. Having the ability to key bind nearly every aspect in Sonar is one of my favorite features. I have customized it so I don't have to rely on the mouse so much. I hate the bloody rodents!

I would like to see sonar be able to use a folder inside of a folder....

    For instance...
I could have one folder for my drum tracks that would hold say my SD2 and Battery kits along with my percussion parts etc.....

Yep, I'm getting that to. What I've found is that whatever you are trying to hide or show via the checkmarks, before you hit H make sure you clicked on one of the tracks in that category, for example if it's the normal tracks, first click a normal track, it it's a bus track click one of the busses before hitting H

I've been wanting this feature for a long time and think I even submitted a feature request.
The console should respond to folders in the same way the track view does in that clicking a plus and minus button should open and close it.
Using the track manager is a very poor solution.

Yes I have submitted an FR for this also - Console should work just like the track view in this respect.

I believe nested folders are to be implemented in X2.

Don't know if any changes have been made to the Console View, but I'd really welcome a folder option when in the Console

Been asking for Track Folders to show in the console view since the beginning.

Sure would be nice to be able to change the color of the track folder.
