Drum map manager question

I have not ever used drum maps before, and now I have a question.
When I change the output of the midi track to the drum map, now I can no longer hear the synth that was driving the midi track in the begining. What do I need to change to also be able to hear the drum synth and also view the drum map. It should be simple but am having difficulties. I know someone will help.

I figured it out. I needed to change the output in the drum map manager to what ever synth I am using to drive the drum sound and then save the map for use later. Is there a way to select all notes and change their output in one one pass or do you need to do them one at at time (a pain) ?

    Yes.

In the Drum Map manager, click on the top entry in the list.

Scroll down to the bottom, hold down shift & select the last entry in the list

How hold ctrl + shift together and select your drum synth via the drop down arrow.
