A paddywhack is a ligament in a sheep's neck. Quite a delicacy in some places and I should imagine dogs love them.

Patty Wack was a bank manager and one day a frog (who just happened to be one of Mick Jagger’s children) comes in to take out a loan.  Patty was concerned about the loan application.  While reviewing the application she determined that the only collateral that the frog was able to list was a small porcelain figurine.  She decided to decline the loan because she wasn’t sure about porcelain figurine but, to be fair and diligent she ran it by her boss.  After reviewing the loan application, her boss said to her … it’s a knickknack Patty Wack give the frog a loan, his old man’s a Rolling Stone.
