TH2 vst not working.

TH2 vst not working.

When I try to authorize the TH2 vst Overloud says my serial number is not found and won't activate it.
 
Was I sent a bogus or wrong number?
 
Anyone else get it to work yet?

    After posting this Q, I recheck the email from Cakewalk with the TH2 serial # and find it's formatted differently than the store serial.
     
    Store serial: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    email serial: xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx
     
    The store serial # does not work!
