Reginald K.Son - Paradise

Hey Fellow Cakers,

FYI - I think "Paradise" was found at the end of the song during the outro when we kept jamming for 20 minutes after-the-fact.

I had to cut it off otherwise the run time would be 30 minutes, like an old LP.
Paradise

Thanks for the listen,

Smooth sound.  This is enjoyable. Reminds me of some of the soul groups back in the day....when real singers (people who could sing without autotune) actually recorded music.

When playing live....I used to enjoy those inspired jams that would go on for a while..... but they don't often translate well to tape....and they are often very hard to recreate.

GH - Thanks man.  I'm okay with all that stuff because LIVE music will expose you.  Also, I faded out before it got out of hand.  Lol.  It was actually pretty cool though.

Daryl - Thank you.  I'll pass along the comment.  Barry is a beast on the bass.  I wouldn't trade him for anything.

I have to say that I like your style.  You consistently put out good recordings, and your professionalism shines.  You are on your game, and this song proves it.  If I need an example of smoothness, I will happily share your music with my friends.  Well done!

    All the best,

love the herbie hancock-ish keys esp in the intro.

like all of your stuff i've heard, you continuously produce A+ recordings and well crafted songs. you're truly a great singer. sometimes i hear a bit of seal eg the background harmonies.

    nice track.

    ABV,

Wow.  What a great way to start the day.  I appreciate that.  When people dig your stuff it keeps you going/motivated.

    For the love of music,

Beautiful jam, Reginald.  I could jam for hours when the mood was right, on one song.  I love that feeling.  I like your tunes but this one is my favorite so far, I think.  Beautiful recording.

Thanks man.  I appreciate your consistent listening.  Did I make you boogie in your chair this time?  :-)
