Weird behaviour in Kontakt 5...

Had a project that I was using my Mojo Horns on in Kontakt 5.  Two tenors, two bones, two trumpets each duet piped to it's own output in K5 and on into separate tracks in X1d.  Everything fine till I started adding fx in each bin.  Nothin...no effect at all on the channel.  Then I discovered that even tho the horns were on separate outputs in K5 they could still only be controlled by the first output in X1 (which was a K5 organ part).  No matter how I rerouted I couldn't get any effects or level control in X1 on those tracks.  So...I just used the fx inside K5 and made do.  Never seen that before.  Anyone else??
