Overloud TH2 Processed Tone Recording

I wasn't sure where to put this question so here goes:
 
I am using Pyro Audio Creator to record ideas while playing through Overloud's TH2.
I am using Line 6's Toneport GX as an interface with a usb connection & the line input on my soundcard.
 
When I choose the Line 6 Stereo inputs under Pyro's recording device the unprocessed tone gets recorded.
When I choose the soundcard stereo inputs under Pyro's recording device the processed tone gets recorded.
 
How is it possible to record the processed tone while using the Line 6 Toneport GX as the recording device?
I am under the assumption that if this is possible I will get a better signal to record than the line input.

When using those line 6 studio/toneport devices I used gear box or Pod farm to record a tone in real time. I did this by opening those programs outside of Sonar and not using it as a plugin. There was a setting in there that allowed you to record the tone or just to record your guitar and use those programs for a plug in later on.
 
I am not sure if TH2 has this option. I have found that not recording the tone works better because I can change it later on in the mix. The flip side is this takes up cpu cycles and system resources.
 
but here is a work around you might try. You can still apply your tone after you record your guitar. Just click on the clip you recorded. then right click. Go to audio effects. Select TH2. Now call up your preset.
 
The TH2 is now added to the clip. it is not in the effects bin. Now right click on the clip and click bounce to clips...and wa la it is as if you recorded the tone. Do this before you do any edits to the clip like spliting and moving the clip around.
