simple sequencing

hi all, a very simple question... i want a sequencer, not interested in recording audio just pure midi sequencing so please which cakewalk product would be ideal, im running windows 7

    Welcome to the forum.
    Pretty much all Cakewalk programs are sequencers, and all of them do audio, as well.
    How much do you want to spend? Cakewalk's Music Creator 6 is currently on sale for $40 and it's downloadable.
    Maybe give it a try?
