L64 plugin preventing midi function on a different track

Recorded MIDI would only play through a soft synth when the L64 plugin was disabled (on a different audio track). It would record the MIDI data & would be audible while recording, but wouldn't play back or save the data unless we disabled the L64 first.

To remedy this simply increase your MIDI Buffer in Preferences. 500 seems to work for me. It has to do with delay compensation and the MIDI playback buffer, AFAIK.
