Lindsay Lohan in a car accident again, LOL!! Is she on crack?

What is wrong with her?  Why do they just not charge her with DUI, or DWI?  How can a sober person, "crash, crash again, hit people, leave the scene, crash, and crash again?"

This is absolutely the law; letting the celebrity, "get away with murder."

    C'mon now, we  shouldn't be so harsh on her......the poor thing is still learning on what's right from wrong. Some of us were fortunate to learn this in our childhood and these other celebrities are just taking a bit longer.

    I actually "learn" about this stuff when someone posts it here in the CH and of course, ALL of Hollywood is like uhmmm......cartoonland.....not real...........but, not funny like cartoons.
