Breverb 2 upgrade activation process

I installed the demo for Breverb 2 before X2 was released. In X2 only the "lite" version is included but because I'm demoing Breverb 2 the version in X2 is called Breverb 2. I don't know if that's a problem but my question is: since I'm going to buy the update to Breverb 2 how do I activate my demo version? Do I need to uninstall the demo, and if I do what effect will that have on the version that came with X2 since the demo version name is on the X2 "lite" version?
