Need help with installation issue please SOLVED

Downloaded today on IE.  Renamed files etc. then saw this being advised on here.
 
Now I've finally finished work I tried to install, but nothing happens.  Task manager shows process running, but no CPU hit, and nothing happening.
 
Please help..
 
Turned out to be Norton problem - rebooted, and all now fine. Loving X2.
