Won't install. delete file failed code 5 -access denied -

Can anyone tell me what is going on, it took me 8 hours to download the files yesterday.  They get 75% done installing and I get the error.  My choices are abort , retry, ignore.  I have tried several times as administrator.  I also had to add .exe after download to get anywhere after the download.  Please help if you have an idea what to do. Thank you very much for your time.

also does anyone know where to find a link to buy the cd?  So I don't have to use my extremely slow connection to install.

    I never like my problems to go open ended so I am back to report I got sonar x2 working "I hope".  I ended up using the ignore option and it completed its install.  I am not sure what effect the error will have long term but it did get registered.  Thanks for the views and any futher comments.
