SX2 - GI-20 to trigger Matrix Cell drum loop

what's the correct setup to have a guitar trigger a matrix Cell?
I'd like to set an off off toggle (for a drum loop)
 
RM Learn MIDI
play 24th fret e string
cell is triggred, but will not trigger again.
