Weird console scrolling behavior in X2

I didn't use X1 long enough to realize if this was an issue there as well.

But now I'm using X2, I notice the following scrolling behavior in the console:

Let's say I have three bus tracks, with the prochannel open on the master bus. The window is hidden, i.e. the divider is moved completely over to the right.  If I drag the window divider across to the left 1 notch, the window opens enough to show the master bus, the master PC, and a tiny sliver of the next bus. If I then move the horizontal scroller across to the right to bring the rightmost bus into view, I notice that it won't let me move the scroller all the way over. When I release the mouse button, it jumps back a little. The result is that I can't scroll the rightmost bus fully into view by simply dragging and releasing the horizontal scroller.

HOWEVER - I can move the scroller all the way across by clicking on the scroll arrow. It stays put when I do it like that.

I know this is a relatively trivial issue, but it's a little annoying when you like to have the bus window in the console open one notch, and you're used to dragging and releasing horizontal scroll bars to see what you want.

The same thing happened to me earlier with the leftmost track in the console, although I can't seem to recreate this now.
