X2 - Easy editing returns!!! Thanks.

OK, I'm still on WinXP, but I couldn't wait, so I installed X2 after only having had X1 for a week or so. I had to come on here with a little praise. I had just upgraded from 8.5 to to X1 about a week or so ago, and was just starting to get used to it, but it still felt a bit clunky. I've only been using X2 for a few hours, but the features I've used so far are worth the money to me ... namely track lanes. So much easier to edit multiple takes now. I haven't even gotten to PRV, but that's another place I do hope it has improved over X1. One thing I would love to see is the ability to put the multidock to the side instead of just top or bottom, with flexibility to drag the split between track view and multidock over to the left more (this would be ideal for a dual monitor setup like I have). Right now, I have to undock it and move it to my second screen, which is OK, but just not as elegant. I don't usually say much on here, but felt an urge to share ... and to thank the bakers. You can tell they use their own product because they know what to tweak to make it a better and easier product to use. I just can't wait to get Windows 8 now to take full advantage of the software.
