New projects sound strange....HELP

New projects sound strange....HELP

Hey guys. 
I'm using Sonar 8 and I've got a strange problem.
All the new projects I start sound dull....as if there was a high-cut filter on the master channel. 
Everything sounds really dull....and the old projects sound perfect.

Help please.
