crashdump after moving a clip over in x1

i am stumped on how a project i have been workin on all day from scratch wont open after a dump in x1.
as this has happened many time . rebooting always ashured id be getting back to music recording. but this time i was mixing with x1 and nuged a file and that was all she wrote for my days work. its sending reports like its running for president.
any way. anyone have a idea besides a fresh project and pulling in the wave files. some of the vocals il never be lucky enough to reproduce, alot of vvocal pitch work.as always followed by a bounce since im aware of the glichieness of vvocal. anyone have a good idea. ???????

Yeah, I've got a good idea - several actually.

List your full system spec. You might go through enormous hoops to get your original project back and have the same thing happen because you're running on a Soundblaster

Try loading the project in Safe Mode and disable your plugins one at a time to try and narrow down the cause of the crash

If all else fails, you should still have the raw audio tracks sitting on your hard drive. If you DO need to restart the project, you should be able to import these without having to re-sing/play
