I had not. Thank you for the link. So I kind of got sucked into TH2 for a couple of hours (IDK... was it a couple of hours? I lost track of time). Sounds great. Sorry I didn't really dig into X2 but I have plans for it tomorrow. That little engine crash really wasn't anything. Probably more of a Focusrite ScarlettMix software issue than a Sonar issue and I seem to recall that happening in X1 anyway. Essentially I just need to remember to shut down Sonar before changing my Scarlett latency settings. No big whoop. I don't know if I can attribute the fact that my High Z setting all of a sudden works properly now that X2 is installed but it is really the only thing I have changed since it happened and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with TH2. Even before adding TH2 I was getting proper levels in X2 AND on my Scarlett's trim LEDs. Very very strange but it is an extremely good kind of strange. So to sum up... the installation of X2 was VERY quick and easy and was in fact probably the easiest audio software install I have experienced to date. It loaded and played an old project without having to do anything. It had all of my Input/Output/Device/Driver/Whatever preferences correct as soon as I opened X2 and nothing exploded while I did all this. Also I had fun. I'd call today a complete success. Now I'm hungry and sleepy so I'm gonna shut down the rig and eat some snausages. Cheers all.
