WAVES $15 plug specials for three days only...

OK... this may sound weird BUT...I recieved a WAVES email this morning touting a three day only sale for a handful of various plugs for only $15 bucks apiece.  Great.  I immediately figured wavesuniverse.com would have them at that price or cheaper.  And, in my haste, went ahead and deleted the email.  But now I don't see anything about it at all at either WAVES or wavesuniverse.  Now I'm hoping the email didn't contain a "checkout" code...although I'm sure I can get it if it's a legit deal.  Usually when I get such promos they appear on most all my boxes and ipad.  But that email is not on my other studio computer this morning. 
 
Maybe I dreamed the whole thing up.

Yeah, I agree - it implies that you can buy them individually at first glance, which obviously isn't the case.


@yorolpal - I tested the code earlier this morning at Waves Universe and, as I mentioned in the other thread from earlier today, they are discounting it by an additional $35!  That's a serious bargain for a great set of plugins (I have the Gold bundle, which includes all of the plugins in the NPP).

You know.... I seen the same email and my first inclination was to jump on it.

One of the best reasons to get this is it gives you
a good upgrade path to GOLD.

I bought the NPP during the Summer Sale, which got me a $200
voucher, which got me my Gold upgrade for $97!!!  That was 
a crazy deal!

These are some really good plugins...

The S1 is great for widening the stereo field, or placing things in certain places in the stereo field.  It can also bring things forward on send them back in field if used properly.  One of the main reasons I wanted NPP.

Both the IR-L and TrueVerb are great reverbs.  You can get some GREAT IR's for IR-L at the Waves site...

The L1 is a really good Limiter/Maximizer with look ahead.
SuperTap is really good Delay
Doubler and DeEsser are both quite good at what they do.
Renaissance Axx is a very good Guitar Compressor for vintage sound.

Most of these plugs normally sell for a buck to a buck and a half each.

It's really quite a good deal, and, as I said, it provides the upgrade path to Gold, which will get you a LOT of GREAT plugins, include the V-Series, H-Comp and H-Delay....just a lot of really great plugs.

Musicians 2 bundle here also. One of the issues I see is if you purchase another bundle, like the above, you could end up purchasing duplicate modules...

Have not really checked Gold that close for duplicates but that is the one I would be looking at if I purchase any more Waves stuff.

I liked the plugs in Musicians 2 bundle but I still don't care for the auth process. It's still a pain to switch between machines.

Either have to put the auth on One machine, a USB drive, or the cloud for xfer. It is better than Ilok but still leaves me looking elsewhere. Too many other great plugs out there that don't require the user to go through hoops just to use the stuff they paid for.

I just reformatted my system drive and reinstalled everything and Waves was one of a few developers whose plugins gave me zero headaches during installation.  No need to register and authorize, or request additional authorizations and wait for a response from the company, find and fill in serial numbers, or copy/paste challenge/response codes, etc.  I just inserted my USB key and installed it.  Done.  Same goes for installing it on my laptop.  I have a lot of Waves plugins/bundles, too, so I'm glad that I didn't have to fill out any serial numbers, or go to their websites, etc.  Hell, if I had a dollar for every minute I wasted doing that for my many other plugins, I'd have enough to buy a few more Waves bundles.
