Sonar X2: Audio Transients are being missed

So basically the story goes like this...  I have a project that I am working on mixing the drums for.  I am following the process dictated in the CakeTv Larger Than Life Drum video.  One of the steps involves fixing slight timing issues using transient detection and audio snap.  As specified in the video I select all my drum tracks, open the audio snap window, set to percussion, and then set the threshold to 0%.  For 5 out of my 7 tracks the process works just fine.  However with my to overhead tracks something is now working.  Clear peak transients are now being detected, silent spots are.  And in some places when I try and double click to select the same transient across multiple channels the transient in the overhead channel will not be able to be selected.  Has any one experienced something like this with X2 yet?  Any thoughts or help would be great.

Are you selecting them individually to change threshold or altogether? Try the individual selection if you haven't already.

Others have said they have had issues in the past with transient detection but it's not something I've experienced yet.

In my experience Audiosnap always works better after a clip map has been edited, even if it's just setting the tempo correctly so that may be worth checking as well.

If none of that helps manual transients can be added by Alt clicking.
