My First Radio Play

I had some of my work played on the radio for the first time the other day. What a great feeling. Its a song i produced which was written and performed by my good friends Chris and Laurette Watson. It was played on BBC Radio Cambridgshire, which for all of you non-Brits is a regional station of our national broadcaster.

There is a small clip as proof below and the original song for anyone who is interested.

I got a great deal of help and advice from many in this forum and just want to say THANK YOU to you all.

Great tune! The modal feeling was quite evident and the "Hopeful Cadence" - I didn't expect. It's like it punched me in the gut!

Nice mix and production, too. Congrats to all involved!

And you got it on the radio, lucky you!

I love this song, and it is certainly deserving of airplay.  Lovely vocal and production.  I hope you get many more songs on the air.
