Quickfix bug when Snap Module is hidden

Can you reproduce this:
- Keep Control Bar visible (docked to bottom)
- Hide Snap Module
- Close & reopen SONAR
- Open project

Snap setting button (Whole, Half, Quarter etc.) pops up in the top left corner of the Control Bar.

- Show Snap Module

=> Button goes to the right place.
