How to route audio (and midi) to Reaktor to use The Mouth??

I know...I'm an idiot...but won't someone take pity on me???
 
Mostly solved...you use an instance of Reaktor or Reaktor FX in the FX bin and not through an instantiation of Reaktor proper.  Now to figure how to route midi to that....
