Is it just me or is Breverb a thing of beauty?

I am mixing my first song with X2 and called Breverb up for a lark.  Before I knew it, I had dialed up a very impressive tone that was pristine on vocals.  It was really lovely.  Is this VST a cut above other reverbs out there or am I imagining things?

I'm no expert on reverbs at all, but I upgraded to the full Breverb because I was curious about the other available algorithms.

I'm not sure if it is better than Sonitus reverb, which is what I've been using up until X2, but I am now using it as my main reverb effect, seeing as I've paid for it :-)

It does sound good though, and it's just got to be better than Sonitus just based on the number of presets available lol

When I've gotten more used to it I'll start moving away from the presets, I promise.

For an "included" reverb it's a very nice one...right up there with the TSAR 1 R...that I paid
    extra for...

My reverb of choice is currently 2C Audio Breeze....it IS a thing of beauty...

I have a lot of reverbs...but seems to me that Breeze is just above the others...

But, as always, it's subjective to ones own "ear", just as it is with
    Drum Samplers, and etc....

So what is the difference in the full version?  Is it worth it?

So what is the difference in the full version?  Is it worth it?

Good question, and I'm not sure to be honest. The freebie is still a very good reverb. I just wanted the three extra algorithms, cos I'm greedy like that.

One thing I would say though, is that I could never understand with the ProChannel version of breverb, that when you choose a new preset, the algorithm never changed for some reason. Might just have been me.

But when I change a preset in the full version, if a different algorithm is used it is reflected in the settings. As I said, it might just be me and I'm missing something,

Oh, and the manual you get with the freebie is exactly the same as the full version, so you could have a browse through that to see what the full version does.

One thing to remember is that the full version of breverb cannot be used in the ProChannel unless it is added into the FX Chain.
