V-Vocal is not muting clips when working with lanes

Hi, the subject says it all.
 
If I try to use V-vocal on clip that is "inside" a lane, it creates de V-vocal clip but it doesnt mute automatically the clip that is under the V-vocal clip....so you hear both clips at the same time!
 
If I colpase the lanes and I do it without lanes and directly on the track...it works and mutes the original clip.
 
But is imposible to work on a vocal track with diferent takes wihout opening lanes
 
Anyone can test it??
