Warwick Rockstand

Just thought I'd share my experience with my latest purchase a 5 guitar Warwick Rock Stand.
I have at least 10 guitars in my studio and I use at least 5 of them a lot. I have 3 triple stands but have found them tipsy and hard to reach the guitar on the back.
I was doing sound the other night and the band had one of these multi stands that pops out of a flight case and held a bunch of guitars.
I stumbled across a similar idea in a music store and forked over the $60 for it. ( funny they are priced higher on all the on line stores??)

It is a great for what I wanted but I feel a little cheated out of about half my money, It is so poorly made and there is not much to it.

The biggest problem is you will bash your guitars together pulling them in and out, there is no divider to keep the bottoms apart.
The on line reviews report all the same about bad welds and snapping off the bolts while assembling.

Anyone out there ever build something like this out of wood? I'll keep this one but not happy with it.

For $100 his looks like a much better deal,,, notice the dividers in the bottom.

Here's a woody, Looks like it needs some padding, but also looks like $10- $20 worth of wood and 45 minute project.
