Interesting X2 Transport Functions

On YouTube I ran into a Groove3 tutorial involving the X2 transport system: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vFRl3M5iFA . The video discusses how, in Track view, you can do interesting and useful things with Shift-Spacebar.  I don't know if these tips are widely known, but it certainly made some things easier for me.  'Turns out these things basically work in X1, also, though in slightly different ways, as the new selection features obviously don't exist in X1.
 
Anyway, it's short and worth watching if you're not a cover-to-cover manual reader.
