Where's my GUI?

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

    Update:
     
    I just had something similair when closing IE. The web page was still half there. I refreshed and it went away. It may be a driver issue with my video or something with windows.
