Just made the plunge!

I am now an X2 Producer owner, I ordered the boxes, so will be waiting for them to install, just easier for me. Which brings me to my question, I already have Dim. Pro 1.5, but from 8.5.3 days, but have it in X1 as well, so  Rapture should be only instrument needed? Aware of R-Mix, and Breverb, and TH2, which need to be added, but besiides those, and the program itself, what would be easiest install for me from discs?
I know people have had problems with Rapture, which scares me the most! Will a custom install allow me to do this smoothly, or what has worked best for othhers? If anyone can help, would greatly appreciate, hace 3-5 days until Box arrives, so thanks, if you can help me out! Excited!!!

I already owned Rapture and Dimension Pro with my X1 install, so I did NOT reinstall them; however, I used the same location for the VST folders as my X1 installation, and so far it appears everything has worked great!

I didn't need to reinstall any of my previous 3rd-party VST's - X2 picked them up just fine.  I did let X2 reinstall all of the other "built-in" VST's (other than Rapture and Dimension) so both X1 and X2 could take advantage of any sample or other sound file updates.

Rapture installs as a VST and a stand-alone program.  If everything but Rapture shows up after you install the X2 package, look for the Rapture stand-alone program in your Windows Start Menu/Programs.  Run Rapture from there, input the serial and registration numbers, rescan the VST folder, and that should take care of the issues you have with the VST version.

Thanks guys, and thank you Ryan! So should I just run the installation from discs, leaving out the Dim. Pro, and Rapture, leave folder paths the same, but I have Dimension LE, so no standalone was installed. I see the new patch, so I guess just run it(X2), and see what happens at the end in regards to Rapture? Think I got it, we'll see in a few days! Thanks again!
