TH2 (full version) users: Upgrade worth it?

When I launch TH2 SONAR edition, I notice that all the amp models except two live inside a common "cassette" skin. I find that the two others (the THD and the Randall) are in a different league than the cassette ones (like much more attention was paid when modelling them).

So what I'm asking the full version users is:

1. The additional full-version amp models, do they have their own skins?

2. Are they cool? Which are your favorites?

3. I already have a maxed out PodFarm outfit so I have more stomp boxes than I'll ever use. Problem is that most of them are crap. Are the 70 stomp boxes inside TH2 Full of better quality? Are they like Mokafix good?

Sven

Quite a few threads on this now. I too am thinking about upgrading.

I would also like to know the size of the download file, and how easy the registration/authorization process is.

    Thoughts?

There is a demo of the full product. Why not check it out for yourself?

Thanks! I actually hadn't thought of checking.

But still curious about y'all's experiences!

I upgraded to TH2 just over an hour ago and I'm still waiting for my serial number to show up in my account, which is currently saying "Out of serial numbers."

When I upgraded to full Breverb the serial number appeared almost straight away.

Ah well, they say that patience is a virtue lol

I upgraded to the full version a couple of weeks back. It took a couple of days before I got the serial number.
I also have POD Farm 2, Git Rig 5, Amplitube Fender but I just find the sound of TH2 has more weight behind it, less top fizz. But I have also played qwith combinations of POD amps into TH2 cabs, and to my ears the sound is better than just using POD Farm. There are a lot of amp models and FX in the other amp sims so they'll never be redundant.

I'm just trying to be in the box right now (and they need to get the prochannel thing fixed) TBH, I have a hard time believing that the full version in necessary. I've gotten a variety of very good sounds with producer so far. You already have breverb (which is part of the upgrade, th2 has breverb) and a few other amp models. You get more effects, but I wonder if you wouldn't be able to find those in sonar. Hard to say.

    For those who have upgraded:

-What efx can make use of tempo-based "BPM" features?
-Phasors: do they offer a sigificant variety of types?
-Choruses: do they offer a sigificant variety of types?
