Compliment for Cakewalk
Since this is a company-sponsored forum, I must compliment Cakewalk on how it encourages open dialog here. We all get frustrated at times, but other product forums are not as open to free dialog. Thanks, Cakewalk, for your patience and support.

Well I fully agree with the way CW treats this forum. But a lot of it is due to how well the membership deals with issues too. If we were not responsible adults CW would have had to come down on us; become more proactive and less amenable to negative postings. We have a habit of working with posters no matter how upset they may be. Further, there can be no better testament to a products viability than an active very helpful forum. If I were CW I would do exactly what they are doing; come here when a product is released and after only come when asked to. We have shown that we are very able to keep this forum from deteriorating. But we do need to acknowledge the wise way CW approaches this forum. That can not be disputed.

+1 As a sometimes very "outspoken" critic...I have to admit that the "free dialogue" is quite refreshing.... We are all entitled to our opinions...and I applaud Cake and the Bakers for their tolerance of our sometimes very vocal posts... Every DAW has it's issues... I just want Sonar to be THE ABSOLUTE UNDISPUTED BEST! Barring a few issues - to me - it already is! I want the CLA's and JJP's and such to say...WHY HAVEN"T I BEEN USING THIS?" I want Stinkberg and Avid to "cringe" at the very whispering of the word "Sonar" I'm hopeful that one day that is going to happen! SO........................HAT'S OFF TO CAKE!!! You're at least on your way!

Quite agree. The open dialogue is one of the many things that makes Cakewalk products such a worthy investment.
