X2 Keyboard Shortcuts NOT always working...

when you customize them.
 
Each time I assign a key to the SNAP On/Off button it only works once then never again. The 2nd click changes the Event Draw Duration button on the Smart Tool module. Please explain that to me.
 
X1 works as expected.
