My trip to a record store... my ever expanding #cred#.

That's right... I spent yesterday as an off day so I rode my beach cruiser around all day and ended up at a actual "record store".

The owner chatted me up and we ended up having a great time. He turned me on to some new , for me, music; Quintron and his drum buddy.

Good times.

It felt good to be in a record store again and have someone recommend something new and fresh so I bought the compact disc version and brought it back to my beach villa.

I feel fresh.

:-)

    It was cool.

They had tons of records, all seemingly hand selected for their pop culture significance.

There was a clerk who patiently showed kids how to use a record player and how not to hurt the needle or the belt drive. It was fun to watch people discovering record players for the first time.

     best regards,

I finally updated my Firefox from the security hole I was using with this forum. This morning I forgot to use my new Chrome install and used the latest version of Firefox because it is my habit to use that icon. I finally experienced the Firefox line break problem.

I have IE as well but Firefox and Chrome have less clutter in the gui and IE presents pictures with a slightly darker gamma that seems to block up the blacks.

    best regards,
    mike

I washed a few dishes today.

I deferred to a leading authority on doing dishes afterward, after examining my work she figured I have a flair for the task.

I'll likely be called on to do some more in the future.

It was fun watching the suds appear when I filled the bowl.

    Good times.

    Rivetting.

It's almost like being on Twitter.

I'll be tweeting posting later what I did today, though I doubt the rather tedious and humdrum events of my life will be as mindnumbingly interesting as that of the OP.
