Some effect's being bypass when exporting entire mix?

Some of my effects plugins are being bypassed when I export my mix. The effects work perfectly fine when I play the mix on SONAR but when I export the mix exactly the way it is, with the effects working, the exported mixdown does not contain the effect it is just bypassed. Any way to fix this?

I'm on SONAR X1D Expanded and the plugin that's causing the problem is dBlue Glitch. I am using it on one of my busses.

    Sounds like a routing problem.

Check (and I mean CHECK) that:

All your tracks go to a buss
All busses go to the master bus
Choose Main Outs for your export

Also check any automation going on

Bristol: I did check, and everything is indeed routed correctly. I have several tracks > first bus containing some plugins > another bus (containing the problematic plugin) > master bus.

Again, the plugin causing problems is dBlue Glitch. I'm trying to use it to create a simple stutter effect in my mix. The stutter is there perfectly one when I playback my mix, but when I export that exact same mix, the stutter is missing.

You know, I'm getting a similar problem with a plugin called TapeStop.

In X1 it works perfectly, in X2 it will not respond to automation - this is with X1 & X2 in 64 bit mode.

Is Glitch a 64 bit plug?

This seems like the problem of the plugin. Maybe you can tried to get around this by freezing the problem track. Or altenatively, if this is an audio track, you can apply effect by Process>apply effects>audio effects. Hope this help.

yes, clone the track, archive and hide the original, apply the effect to the new track. should work.

Try a slow bounce when you export. Some time-based plugins do not work properly with a fast bounce.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Ah bitflipper, good idea. I will try it when I get home tonight, hopefully it will work.

To everyone else, this effect is used on a bus, not a track. So unfortunately I can't use the freezing or apply-effects method you all mentioned...

Are you sure the sequencer settings are correct in dBlue glitch?

I have had issues with this before, anytime I use dBlue i bounce down the track as audio and use it that way.In your case export the Bus maybe?Saves hassle with the sequencer anomolies that way.

Its deffo not a Sonar issue anyway....
