Resubscribe to Cakewalk Newsletter?

Somehow it seems I got kicked out of the Cakewalk newsletter.
As I would be missing the SonarX2 Producer Freebies I wanted to check where I can resubscribe but somehow I can't find anything to do so on my account.
Can anyone help me out on this one?
