Can't move clip a tiny bit

Sorry I posted this the 1st day x2 came out and and still haven't resolved the issue.  I can't move a clip by a small amount. I don't mean nudge and snap to grid is turned off. Can some of you guys try this. spread open your timeline until the numbers along the top change from whole numbers to seconds. now take a small clip and click, hold and drag it right or left just a bit. as soon as you see a ghost image left go. My clip pops back, I have to move it just a bit farther than I sometimes want. In X1, this was infinitive, Not i have a minimum which is to large. Again, its not a snap to grid setting as that is turned off, and it does not appear to be a nudge issue via keyboard.

Do you have Snap to Landmark Events switched on? It could be snapping to a midi note or even the now time.
