Guitar playing and tendon/elbow problems

As someone who suffers from bouts of tennis elbow (weight lifting, playing Bach, assembling Ikea furniture with a screwdriver yada yada), I find I can't play guitar for too long without getting inflamed elbows. So I came across these today, going to give them a try for both the gym and playing guitar.

    Yes and it's causing me a lot of Strauss but I think I'm getting a Handel on it.
