"Error Opening Midi Device" Zeta+2.1 and DimPro

Whenever I open Z3ta+2.1 or DimPro (both x64), I get a message box:

midiInOpen()
Error opening MIDI device.

But it does NOT happen on Rapture x64 (I installed the stand-alone version supplied with x2 Producer)

And yet all three have a check in the menu next to MIDI > 4-UA-25EX

Anyone else having this happen?

    I used Dim Pro x64 quite a few times while testing things out for folks, and it works fine for me.  Rapture x64 works fine, too.  I'll test out Z3ta and post another reply with that.

    AFAIK  4-UA-25EX  is a roland audio interface.  Do you have a keyboard or controller plugged into the midi in?? that's probably what dim and z3ta are checking for.

    This happens to me whenever I use the microhost versions of Dimension Pro, Z3TA and Rapture. I have Cakewalk UM-3G as my MIDI interface. I checked the registry and looked for INI files that might be causing this, but no success. Its not a problem, just annoying.  Any ideas?
