Channel tools preset

Hello

I accidently deleted a channel tools preset when i was playing around with it trying to learn about mixing. The increase width one is now gone and I would like to get it back. Is there any way of getting it back or do I have to reload the whole program. I looked for it in program files hoping I could just reload it but could not find it. I have Sonar X1 studio.

I am also having trouoble with the software itself. Every time I close a project, the whole program stops responding and has to close. Ayone else had this problem?

Thanks

Would it have gone to the trash can?

I am in the middle of something at the moment, perhaps somebody could locate it on THEIR system and simply email it to you through a private message?  Anyone????

I will check back in about 30 minutes and try to help you if nobody else has,

No need to do a complete install to get a preset. Do a custom install and just select Channel tools as the only thing to install.

The program not responding sounds like it might be a driver hanging. Check all of your interface drivers are up to date. M-Audio devices are especially good at hanging Sonar.

Yeah I thought maybe an email qould be quicker - The install has to extract the world just to do that simple installation piece.  I would think they should tweak the process to let you pick FIRST, so it knows what to extract - but that's just me and not connected to helping him.

So, yes, by all means perform an install of JUST channel tools.  Make sure you uncheck the Program Files box at the top of that whole list of check boxes.

Let's get THAT fixed, and then deal with the slowdown on close issue.
