Its amazing to watch Jason Motte close out these games with his:

I don't give a snort attitude..   Watching Chris Carpenter in the dugout tonight, you could see, "Chris couldn't even watch," like a girl in a horror movie...  I think its because, "Chris Carpenter is a skilled pitcher, with absolutely beautiful technique, and knowledge of how to play as a pitcher."  And Jason Motte is like this, "totally raw athlete, who hasn't got a care what you think of him, and just loves to play the game, and can only throw 2 pitches..."  A fast ball, and a fast slider wannabe, which is really a fast ball with, "worse aim."

Well..  The Yankees are apparently in a down cycle..  Now they've got Verlander on Tuesday...  That does not look good for the Yanks, imo!!  And with Carpenter starting tomorrow, what are Giants going to do?  Most likely, "loose the first two," @ home...   Although..  Carpenter has lost games before..  but if he's hot tomorrow..  The Giants have zero chance imo!!

Meanwhile, I hate to hear Joe Garardi complain about, "needing instant replay rules."  Those rules, and that technology are what have made American Football such a screwed up show of Quarterback + Famous Runningback of the month vs Famous Runningback of the month + Quarterback.
