Unable to download X2 for free

Hello,
i bought Sonar X1 Producer on Saturday to be able to download Sonar X2 for free but i'm unable.
After the registration i received the confirmation code but there is not Sonar X1 in my product history and when i try to download (from the right link) it replies:
An item in your cart requires further validation:* SONAR X2 Producer Upgrade from SONAR X1 Producer Free
and it ask to contact the customer support.  I wrote a couple of email and i'm waiting their reply.
Can someone help me ?

    You are much better off giving them a call.  There have been some issues regarding the registrations not properly getting into their system, so lots of folks have been unable to get either the free X2 upgrades, OR the X2 Content Club's free DSP Strings Expansion pack.

    I called the tech support guys - was only on hold for a couple of minutes, and they fixed me right away, by generating and sending me the download links for both X2 and the expansion pack.

    They are additionally working on fixing it within their system, but in the meantime, just give them a call and will get you squared away.

    Yeah - I have to wake up gawd-awful early to call the Native Instruments tech support in Germany.

    But it's a not too often kind of thing soooooo...

    Solved !
    A phone call yesterday to the customer support and the problem was solved in a few minutes.
    I've downloaded X2 and i'm ready to install.

    Good deal for you - they have been pretty good from what I have seen, when folks call them about this issue.
